Talent, judgement and execution.
I am a talent agent and Chief Operating Officer at Kruger Cowne in London, where I have spent over ten years. I represent talent and speakers, and I run the business that delivers for them.

I am Chief Operating Officer and an agent at Kruger Cowne, a London talent management and speaker bureau. I have been there for more than ten years. My work covers talent representation, speakers, media, live events, partnerships and the operations that keep all of it running properly.
In that time I have worked alongside people from business, culture, entertainment, journalism, sport and public life. It is a practical education in how talent, audiences, ideas and organisations actually work — and in what it takes to build a career that lasts longer than a good year.
I am also an entrepreneur. I founded StageSide (formerly TalentZ), a live events and talent booking platform, and StageAlly, a free virtual amp and livestream studio for musicians that is growing fast. I also work on PoshTonic as Creative Director.
Alongside that I consult. Founders, companies and individuals come to me for brand development, business development, PR and help growing a public profile — the same work I do for clients, applied to their own business.
In my free time I build apps and websites. It is a hobby rather than a job title, but it means I understand the technology my industry runs on rather than just buying it.
Outside commercial work, I take a long-standing interest in public service, policy, science and technology. In 2026 I stood as an Independent candidate in the Clacton parliamentary by-election.
I try to keep the same approach across all of it: be useful, be straight with people, and do work that still stands up years later.
My primary professional role is with Kruger Cowne. You can also find me on LinkedIn.
